bobbymiller: A 3-Year Old Dream Come True Sundance has left me so inspired and excited.  I’ve met so many talented filmmakers and great people.  All of it has been overwhelming.  I don’t think any of it has really hit me yet. As seen in the photo above, I first dreamed up TUB over 3 years ago, so you can imagine how cathartic this all is. To all the young filmmakers reading this, don’t ever let anyone tell you “you can’t do it”.  I tried to get funding for the film by applying for school grants every year.  And every single year I was denied.  I’m not saying this to whine about it, I’m saying this because THIS WILL HAPPEN TO YOU.  But, you have to trust your gut.  I took out a student loan to fund TUB.  It was a no-brainer. For the first time in my life, it seems like my first feature length film is within my reach and I find myself foaming at the mouth to write my 4th feature length script.  I’ve cranked out 3 scripts during my time at Columbia University.  And this will be the first one I write, completely off the leash. I look forward to watching it with you in the dark. -Bobby
