Found out the mega-corporation that owns my building is in foreclosure…Late night freak-out internet research proves that I’ll be protected as a rent-stabilized tenant till the end of my lease (which I renewed last month)! Freak-out abated, but I don’t think I’ll be able to go back to sleep though. Rent Stabilization for the win.
