Just finished my first Hitchcock paper for class. All about “Rebecca” (1940), original sin, and themes of the “Selznick years”.
Now back to the toys:
Got my Gamma 2 DAC prototype today. Used it with my Mini-3 headphone amp and my Senns to play around all day. I’ll actually be using the DAC with my digital sources like Video Games/Movies at home. Losing my avr in favor of a vintage analog integrated amp gives me the opportunity to simplify. This thing fits in the palm of my hand and performs better that anything you could find in a retail store.
It’s gonna be a while before I can use it at home, so currently it’s sitting with me at work.
