daisymay: First birthday treat for myself this year is to go see Porco Rosso on the big screen for the first time ever. It’s my favorite Ghibli Studio film. My grandma taped it off TV and let me keep the VHS, which I played over and over and over. Incidentally my first time watching Wallace and Gromit (The Wrong Trousers) was also taped from the TV…remember tapes… Same. I think Howl’s Moving Castle (Dubbed DVD) was my first Ghibli Film.
